A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2023-11-15/R-1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:
2. Amend Chapter 21 of the Code of Ordinances that Regulates Traffic Control Devices. (O-1)
3. Amend Chapter 21 of the Code of Ordinances on Turn Regulations to Prohibit Right Turn on a Red Signal on Westbound Mt. Carmel Church Rd. at South Columbia Street (US 15-501)/Culbreth. (O-2)
4. Approve and Authorize a Real Property Exchange Between the Town of Chapel Hill and Beechwood Obey Creek, LLC at 4511 S. Columbia Street. (R-2)
5. Approve and Authorize a Real Property Exchange and Easements Between the Town of Chapel Hill and Chapel Hill Ventures, LLC. on W. Rosemary Street and Pritchard Avenue. (R-3)
6. Adopt a Calendar of Council Meetings through June 2024. (R-4)
