Close the legislative hearing, consider Resolution A - Consistency with the Comprehensive Plan, consider Ordinance A - Approving the Text Amendment, and consider Resolution B - Enacting the Advisory Board Membership Policy Amendment.

PROCEDURAL CONTEXT
The Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO), Town Code Appendix A Section 8.1 requires the Town Council, in its legislative capacity, to consider proposed amendments to the LUMO. The accompanying amendment to the Advisory Board Membership Policy would align the Policy with LUMO changes.
BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT
The proposed LUMO rule revisions would reduce the numbers for members seats, quorum, and voting thresholds, and provide alternatives for administrative review if a Board does not have enough members to meet. The proposed Advisory Board Membership Policy changes would also remove Champion seats from the Planning Commission. Please see the Staff Report for more information.
