Overview: The Council adopted its 2023-24 meeting calendar on November 15, 2023. This action amends the Council calendar to change the start time for Regular Meetings and Work Sessions to begin at 6:00 p.m.

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COUNCIL’S 2023-24 MEETING CALENDAR (2023-12-18/R-4)
WHEREAS, on November 15, 2023, the Council adopted its 2023-24 meeting calendar; and
WHEREAS, the Council wants to begin its regular meetings and work sessions earlier. An earlier start will be better in many respects for all parties - council, staff, the public, and presenters - who participate in our meetings .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council amends its 2023-24 meeting calendar to begin its regular meetings and work sessions at 6:00 p.m. in the locations already established.
