A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2024-06-17/R-1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:
2. Police Radio Transfer to UNC Health Police Department. (R-2)
3. Authorize the Town Manager to Apply for Local Government Commission (LGC) Approval and Execute a Lease at 7300 Millhouse Road for Town Offices including the Town’s Police Department.(R-3)
