Overview: Town staff officially kicked off Rewriting Our Rules in April 2023. This rewrite of the Chapel Hill Land Use Management Ordinance is critical to ensuring that the Town’s land use rules reflect its comprehensive plan. This update provides an overview of the work completed to date and subsequent phases of the project.

That the Council receive and review the summary report and attachments.
