Overview: On April 5, 2019 <https://www.townofchapelhill.org/businesses/council-economic-sustainability-committee> at the Council Committee on Economic Sustainability (CCES), Council began reviewing the Blueprint or “rough draft” for the Focus Areas that will eventually become part of the Future Land Use Map.  Since the CCES did not finish reviewing the Blueprint, additional consideration of this Blueprint is required.    In addition, a recap of the CCES’s discussion will be presented to insure that the CCES’s feedback was captured correctly.

Recommendation(s):

That the Council provide feedback to staff on the Blueprint for each Focus Area as it pertains to the Future Land Use Map.
