A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2022-09-28/R-1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:
5 Public Housing Proposed FY 23 Capital Fund Expenditures Update. (R-2) (O-1)
6 Continue the Evidentiary Hearing for the Special Use Permit Modification for Chapel Hill North at 1800 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. to November 16, 2022. (R-3)
7 Adopt Minutes from January 25, February 5, 6 and 8, 2021, and February 2 and 9, and March 2, 16 and 23, 2022 Meetings. (R-4)
