Overview: There are three HAB seats that are currently vacant.  The Real Estate Broker seat is also scheduled to expire.  Anne Hoole is currently serving in this seat and is eligible to be re-appointed.  The three open seats are:

1.                     Homeowner/Tenant

2.                     Housing, Planning or Public Policy Expert

3.                     For-Profit Developer

The Town received applications for the Real Estate Broker seat, the Homeowner/Tenant seat, and the Housing, Planning or Public Policy Expert seat.  It did not receive an application for the For-Profit Developer seat.
