Overview: Tonight, we present the Fiscal Year (FY) 18 Annual Affordable Housing Report, including results from the fourth quarter of the fiscal year. This report is designed to track and share:
• Our progress towards affordable housing targets,
• The status of projects funded with Town resources, and
• General housing conditions in the County.
We will also present projections for FY19 and proposed five-year targets for affordable housing development and preservation.
