BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT*
The purpose of today’s meeting will be to give Council members the opportunity to review and discuss the LUMO Omnibus Text amendment before it returns for the public hearing scheduled on January 21, 2026, including the amendments proposed during the November 19, 2025 meeting. Council members may also use this meeting to discuss additional changes for future omnibus text amendments.
