A RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR THE ACTIVE ADULT HOUSING APPLICATIONS FOR REZONING AND SPECIAL USE PERMIT (2019-01-16/R-3)
WHEREAS, the Town Council re-opened Public Hearings for the Active Adult Housing (2217 Homestead Road) applications for Rezoning and Special Use Permit on December 5, 2018 and recessed the hearings to January 16, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested the applications be continued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council continues the Active Adult Housing Public Hearings to be reconvened at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 in the Chapel Hill Town Council Chambers.
