Summary
• The Town Council authorized a Penny for Parks Allocation in the FY24 budget.
• The FY24 Penny for Parks Allocation is $971,000.
• Additional funding sources for Parks and Recreation projects in FY24 included PAY Go, Payment-In-Lieu and 2021 2/3 Bonds.
• Projects addressed included deferred maintenance, emergency maintenance, partially funded capital projects, and planning & design efforts.
