A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2023-10-25/R-1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:
3. Approve the Miscellaneous Budget Ordinance Amendment to Adjust Various Fund Budgets for FY 2023-24. (R-2)(R-3)(O-1)(O-2)(O-3)
4. Award a Bid and Authorize the Town Manager to Execute a Contract for the Construction of Intersection Improvements at North Street / Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard/ North Columbia Street. (R-4)
5. Approve and Authorize a Real Property Exchange Between the Town of Chapel Hill and Beechwood Obey Creek, LLC at 4511 S. Columbia Street. (R-5)
6. Award the Pay Increase Approved for all Employees to the Town Attorney. (R-6)
7. Approve the Town Attorney’s Employment Contract Extension. (R-7)
8. Continue the Legislative Hearing and Consideration of the 157 East Rosemary Street Conditional Zoning Application to November 29, 2023. (R-8)
