Overview: Tonight, the University staff will present the second of two semi-annual reports. On June 15, 2005, the Council adopted a resolution requesting that representatives from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill participate in semi-annual meetings to provide the Council with updates on University development activity.

That the Council receive this report.
Decision Points:
• University staff will also present its upcoming effort to update the UNC Masterplan.
• UNC staff will present a Carolina North Annual Report in October of this year.
