LEGISLATIVE CONTEXT*

The Land Use Management Ordinance, Town Code Appendix A Section 4.4.6 requires Council approval of any major modification to a conditional zoning district.

BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT*

Council originally approved the conditional zoning district on June 18, 2025. The approval included modified maximum building heights of 62 feet. The applicant measured height incorrectly and is asking to increase maximum building heights to 69.5 feet. Please see the Staff Report for more information.
