A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2019-02-13/R-1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:
2. Approve a Contract Extension for Audit Services Contract for Fiscal Year 2018-19. (R-2)
3. Adopt a Resolution Certifying and Approving 2018 General Obligation (G.O.) Bond Referendum Results. (R-3)
4. Approve the Housing Advisory Board's Recommended Funding Plan for the Affordable Housing Development Reserve (AHDR). (R-4)
