A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2019-04-24/R-1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:
2. Adopt the Recommended 2019-2020 Community Development Block Grant Program Plan. (R-2)(O-1)
3. Adopt the Recommended 2019-2020 Capital Fund Plan for the Town’s Public Housing Program. (R-3)(O-2)
4. Authorize the Town Manager to Begin Negotiations with Potential Development Partners for the Redevelopment of the Trinity Court and Craig Gomains Public Housing Neighborhood. (R-4)
5. Adopt the 2019 Municipal Retention and Disposition Schedule. (R-5)
