Overview: The Town Council held a legislative hearing on October 19, 2022, to discuss the Conditional Zoning Application for Aspen Chapel Hill at 701 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., and continued the hearing to December 7, 2022. The applicant subsequently requested that Council continue the hearing to the January 25, 2023.

A RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE LEGISLATIVE HEARING FOR THE CONDITIONAL ZONING APPLICATION FOR ASPEN CHAPEL HILL AT 701 MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. BLVD. TO JANUARY 25, 2023 (2022-12-07/R-7)
WHEREAS, on October 19, 2022, the Town Council opened the Legislative Hearing for the Conditional Zoning Application for a project known as Aspen Chapel Hill at 701 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., and continued the hearing to December 7, 2022; and
WHEREAS, on November 30, 2022, the applicant requested that the hearing be continued to January 25, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council continues the legislative hearing for the Aspen Chapel Hill Conditional Zoning application, to be reconvened at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 in the Town Hall Council Chamber, 405 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
