A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2023-11-29/R-1)

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:

 

2.                     Authorize the Town Manager to Enter into a Municipal Agreement with the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and Accept Federal Funds for Design and Construction of the West Cameron Avenue Protected Bike Lanes. (R-2)(O-1)

3.                     Support for the Orange County Board of Commissioners Proceeding with Design Consultant Services for Developing a Master Plan for the Greene Tract. (R-3)

4.                     Appreciate the Current and Past Justice in Action Committee Members and Dissolve this Committee. (R-4)
