Overview: The Council adopted its 2022-23 meeting calendar on November 2, 2022. This action amends the Council calendar to incorporate a Joint Public Hearing to review a Mt. Carmel Church land use and zoning application on Thursday, April 20, 2023.

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COUNCIL’S 2022-23 MEETING CALENDAR (2023-03-22/R-7)
WHEREAS, on November 2, 2022, the Council adopted its 2022-23 meeting calendar; and
WHEREAS, Orange County has received an application to apply land use and zoning classifications to a parcel of land within the Joint Planning Area; and
WHEREAS, these types of applications require a joint public hearing of the Orange County, Town of Chapel Hill, and Town of Carrboro governing boards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council amends its 2022-23 meeting calendar as follows:
• Add a Joint Public Hearing to review a Mt. Carmel Church land use and zoning application on April 20, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Whitted Building, 300 W Tryon Street, Hillsborough, NC.
