That the Council designate a voting delegate to the NC League of Municipalities CityVision 2022 annual conference, which is held on April 26-28 in Wilmington.
Background
League’s CityVision 2022 annual conference includes the annual business meeting on April 28th where the new Board of Directors will be announced.
Each member municipality is eligible to cast a single vote for the League Board of Directors in advance of the annual business meeting.

A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A VOTING DELEGATE TO NC LEAGUE OF MUNICIPALITIES ANNUAL CONFERENCE (2022-04-06/R-6)
WHEREAS, League’s CityVision 2022 annual conference includes the annual business meeting on April 28th where the new Board of Directors will be announced; and
WHEREAS, each member municipality is eligible to cast a single vote for the League Board of Directors by April 15, in advance of the annual business meeting.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby designates Council Member Camille Berry to serve as the Council’s voting delegate to the NC League of Municipalities Annual Conference which takes place on April 28, 2022 in Wilmington, NC.
