Overview: The Council approved ARPA funding for a two-phase Mobility and Streetscape Plan for Downtown. The plan will prioritize the goals of economic vitality, improvement of pedestrian experience, Town connectivity, and multi-modal access to Downtown. The first phase of this project was completed in fall 2023 and the second phase began winter 2024.
