The applicant proposes a multifamily residential development with up to 400 units on a 13-acre site. Please see the Staff Report for more information.

Staff have reviewed the requested modifications to regulations and find that the public purpose is served to an equivalent or greater degree.
COMPLETE COMMUNITY CONNECTION
The property is an infill site, adjacent to developed land, served by existing infrastructure, and near planned greenways. For more analysis of Complete Community considerations, please see the Staff Report.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Engagement related to this project included one virtual public information meeting held on October 21, 2024. Staff mailed notices to property owners and occupants, according to Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO) requirements and staff policy.
