A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2022-09-14/R-1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:
4. Enact the Annual Budget Ordinance Amendment to Re-appropriate Funds for Prior Year Encumbrances and Other Commitments. (O-1)
5. Approve a Reimbursement Resolution for Future Capital Projects. (R-2)
6. Approve a Regional Bus Procurement Interlocal Agreement (ILA). (R-3)
7. Amend Chapter 2 Town Code of Ordinances to Modify the Cultural Arts Commission Membership. (O-2)
8. Amend the Personnel Ordinance to Add Time Limited to Categories of Town Positions and Related Employee Benefits. (O-3)
9. Approve Chapel Hill Transit's Title VI Program. (R-4)
10. Amend the Advisory Board Membership Policy to Require an Application for Appointment. (R-5)
11. Approve the Council Naming Committee Recommendation to Install a Plaque Honoring Chapel Hill-Carrboro NAACP Founding Day at the Hargraves Community Center. (R-6)
