A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2022-02-23/R-1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:
3. Approve the Miscellaneous Budget Ordinance Amendment to Adjust Various Fund Budgets for FY 2021-22. (O-1)
4. Withdraw a Call for a Legislative Hearing for the Future Consideration of a Parking Payment-in-Lieu System, Land Use Management Ordinance Text Amendment, and Associated Policy on February 23, 2022. (R-2)
