Overview: The Council adopted its 2018-19 meeting calendar on June 13, 2018. This action amends the Council calendar to cancel the special meetings and work session on October 1 and 3, 2018.

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COUNCIL’S 2018-19 MEETING CALENDAR (2018-09-19/R-2.1)
WHEREAS, on June 13, 2018 the Council adopted its 2018-19 meeting calendar; and
WHEREAS, the Council has an interest in reducing the number of Council meeting nights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council amends its 2018-19 meeting calendar to cancel the following meetings:
• October 1, 2018 special meeting
• October 3, 2018 work session
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council amends its 2018-19 meeting calendar to reschedule the October 3, 2018 special meeting to October 10, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. in the First Floor Conference Room.
