A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2023-02-22/R-1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:
2. Authorize a Town of Chapel Hill Community Arts & Culture Award Program. (R-2)
3. Approve the 2022-23 Independent Audit Contract. (R-3)
4. Award a Bid for Street Patching, Milling, Resurfacing, and Re-Striping on Town-Maintained Streets. (R-4)
5. Support a RAISE Grant Application for a Feasibility Study for Everywhere to Everywhere Greenways. (R-5)
6. Authorize the Mayor to Execute a Memorandum of Understanding Creating the Intergovernmental Climate Council of Orange County. (R-6)
7. Close the Legislative Hearing for Land Use Management Ordinance Text Amendments - Proposed Changes to Articles 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 and Appendix A Regarding Housing Choices for a Complete Community. (R-7)
8. Amend the 2022-23 Council Calendar. (R-8)
