A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2022-12-07/R-1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:
3 Award Pay Increase to the Town Attorney. (R-2)
4 Approve the Town Attorney’s Employment Contract Extension. (R-3)
5 Support the FY24 Chapel Hill Transportation Demand Management Application to the Triangle J Council of Governments. (R-4)
6 Support a Paved Trails Feasibility Study Grant Application to the North Carolina Department of Transportation. (R-6)
7 Continue the Legislative Hearing for the Conditional Zoning Application for Aspen Chapel Hill at 701 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. to January 25, 2023. (R-7)
8 Adopt Minutes from September 28, 2022 and October 3, 2022, Meetings. (R-8)
