LEGISLATIVE CONTEXT*
The authority and responsibilities of the Community Design Commission are established in Appendix A, Article 8.5 of the Town’s Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO). The procedures for appointing members to the Commission are governed by the Town’s Standing Advisory Board Membership Policy, which outlines terms, quorum requirements, and ethical standards for all advisory boards.
