Land Use Management Ordinance, Town Code Appendix A Section 4.5.4 requires applicants to seek Council approval of modifications of the Special Use Permit. This is a quasi-judicial proceeding.
BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT
Council originally approved the Special Use Permit for The Cedars of Chapel Hill on May 15, 2000 and last modified on October 25, 2017. The applicant proposes to allow 8 additional residential dwelling units at 101 E Barbee Chapel Rd. Please see the Staff Report for an analysis for more information.
