Overview: The applicant has requested the Legislative Hearing for the 101 East Rosemary Street Conditional Zoning Application be continued to a date to be determined.


Recommendation(s):
That the Council adopt the Resolution continuing the Legislative Hearing to a date to be determined.

A RESOLUTION TO CONTINUE THE LEGISLATIVE HEARING AND DEFER CONSIDERING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CHAPEL HILL ZONING ATLAS TO CONDITIONALLY REZONE THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 101 EAST ROSEMARY STREET UNTIL A DATE TO BE DETERMINED (2022-09-14/R-7)

WHEREAS, on April 27, 2022, the Town Council opened the Legislative Hearing for the consideration a Conditional Zoning Application for 101 East Rosemary Street, from Town Center-2 (TC-2) to Town Center-3- Conditional Zoning District (TC-3-CZD); and

WHEREAS, the Town Council received comments and continued the Legislative Hearing to May 18, 2022; and

WHEREAS, the Town Council received comments and continued the Legislative Hearing to June 15, 2022; and

WHEREAS, the Town Council received comments and continued the Legislative Hearing to September 14, 2022; and

WHEREAS, on August 22, 2022, the applicant has requested consideration of the application be deferred to a date to be determined.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council continue the Legislative Hearing for 101 East Rosemary Street and defer consideration of this item to a date to be determined.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this hearing will be noticed accordingly.
