Overview: The Town’s Percent for Art (PFA) program was adopted by Council in 2002 and revised in 2018 (2018-05-02/R-7). The purpose of the PFA program is to:
• Help define the community’s identity and sense of place,
• Promote social interaction and discourse,
• Bring arts into everyday life, and
• Memorialize the past while expressing shared values for the future.
Staff are required to provide Council with an annual report that describes how PFA funds were expended in the previous year and communicate plans for the year ahead.
