Overview: The Town Charter <https://library.municode.com/nc/chapel_hill/codes/code_of_ordinances> and the Town Code <https://library.municode.com/nc/chapel_hill/codes/code_of_ordinances> state that the Council shall fix suitable times for its regular meetings. Adopting the calendar establishes Regular meetings, Work Sessions, and other meetings.

Recommendation(s):

That the Council adopt the attached resolution establishing the Council calendar through December 2024.

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A CALENDAR OF COUNCIL MEETINGS THROUGH DECEMBER 2024 (2024-06-12/R-4)

WHEREAS, the Town Charter <https://library.municode.com/nc/chapel_hill/codes/code_of_ordinances> and the Town Code <https://library.municode.com/nc/chapel_hill/codes/code_of_ordinances> state that the Council shall fix suitable times for its regular meetings; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council adopt the following meeting schedule through December 2024
