A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ENACTING VARIOUS ORDINANCES (2022-03-22/R-1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:
3. Approve the Remaining American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Town Project Allocation.(O-1)
4. Approve Project Ordinance Amendments to Recognize Capital Financing Proceeds for FY 2022-23.(O-2)(O-3)(O-4)(O-5)
5. Award a Bid for Chapel Hill Transit Bus Stop Improvements.(R-2)
6. Authorize the Town Manager to Execute Deeds for the Greene Tract Property Transfer.(R-3)
7. Authorize the Manager to Execute the Wave Two Settlement Agreement Related to the National Opioid Litigation.(R-4)
8. Authorizing Changes to the Bylaws of the Chapel Hill Downtown Partnership, Inc.(R-5)
9. Call a Public Hearing to Consider Renewing the Annexation Boundary Agreement between the Towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro on April 19, 2023.(R-6)
10. Amend the 2022-23 Council Calendar.(R-7)
11. Adopt Minutes from November 16, and 30, 2022 and December 7, and 14, 2022 Meetings.(R-8)
