Creations, modifications, and/or deletions are required to be presented to Council for approval.

§                     Proposed revisions to be considered include, at minimum:

o                     Removing mandatory parking minimums;

o                     Removing Concept Plan Reviews;

o                     Removing administrative Site Plan Reviews for projects outside of Neighborhood Conservation Districts;

o                     Removing “Community Design Commission Final Plans Reviews;”

o                     Giving staff authority over all subdivision applications;

o                     Streamlining the conditional zoning process;

o                     Allowing projects with existing Special Use Permits to add new uses that are already designated as permitted uses within the relevant zoning district without additional Council approval; and

o                     Miscellaneous technical corrections.
