Overview: In 2005, the Council adopted a resolution requesting semi-annual updates regarding development activity on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus. In September 2023, the Council adopted a resolution discontinuing the presentation of University development projects to the Council. Fall and Spring semi-annual reports will be provided as information items moving forward.
Recommendation:
That the Council receive the report from UNC-Chapel Hill staff on the status of current and planned campus projects.
